Located in a super-friendly, nationally awarded gated 55+ golf community just under an hour from both Orlando and Tampa.

This 2200 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home is located adjacent to a pond full of natural beauty tucked into a quiet area away from the championship golf course that is intertwined within the grounds. This modern and extremely safe community is located just outside Lakeland close to three major shopping centers and has easy access to the interstate.

The rental includes access the fully equipped community center which features two pools, hot tub, exercise room, restaurant, community meeting hall, bank, hairdresser and more. You will also have full access to all facilities including the tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, the new bacci ball courts and other community amenities.

This fully furnished and equipped home includes all modern amenities including high speed internet and two television sets. It also has a gourmet kitchen equipped with cooking utensils and dishes.

Being located in Central Florida gives you access to many of the best things in Florida. Theme parks, beaches, golfing and more are all within a short drive. Whether you are looking to relax in the sunshine, enjoy your days on the golf course or taking in the local culture, this is the place.

All perspective renters need to pass a background check and be approved by community management. At least one renter needs to be 55 years old or older and no renters under 40. This is a no smoking and pet free home.

Great house in a wonderful community!

The ease of booking and the communication with the owner was extremely satisfying. The house is much larger than we expected. It was sparkling clean and decorated beautifully. A very nice perk was the golf cart provided. The whole community was very nice and the residents are real friendly. This was one of our best stays in Florida!
