An outstanding stay and highly recommended. A few minutes away from best beaches and downtown. The place is new, clean and for me what set it apart was the fantastic service.Made for a great holiday

Gorgeous and Modern

The property was beautiful with a private pool and jacuzzi. Many amenities and not far to town. It was located in an olive tree orchard which gave it such a true Greek island feel! Highly recommend!

BEWARE. The AC was broken, the power in the upstairs bedroom was out, and the downstairs bedroom AC blew only warm air. When we notified the assistant who was on site (Elsiana who was very sweet otherwise) she said “they always have issues with the power in the upstairs room.” They called an electrician who was unable to solve the issue in the 4 hours that we waited at the property.The “5th bed” was in the kitchen and was not large enough to fit a 5’6” person without their feet hanging off. It should not be considered a bed. The host didn’t answer when we were calling to try to locate the unit, as there are no addresses in Naxos, it was very difficult to find. This property should be listed as a 2BR that sleeps 4 people, without AC, and it should be much less expensive.We had to make last minute reservations at a hotel for 5 people, which luckily we were able to find but was very expensive.The host refused to refund our stay even though the property was completely not functional. This situation took away a day of our very short stay in Naxos. As members of VRBO for more than a decade, this is the first bad review that I have written. I am extremely disappointed.

Beautiful and relaxing stay for family of 5

This is a new home located about 12-15 min walk from downtown. It is super clean and well cared for. The AC works well, the pool and hot tub are amazing additions! I could sit by the pool and outdoor dining area all day! From upstairs balcony/hot tub you can see the sea! Bedding and towels are nice and replaced every other day, laundry is offered for free, cleaning is daily! The owner is so kind and met us with welcome gifts to help us settle in after a long journey, very thoughtful. One thing I would have improved was not having the pool attended to/cleaned and maintained every day (several times a day) while i was trying to sit out an enjoy the patio/pool. I was caught off guard the first day and was wearing just a nightgown so it was slightly embarrassing. Maybe just a warning would have been nice, but I absolutely appreciated it being clean and functioning so well!
