The apartment is located in a private residence located at 15 rue Saint Dizier, a very convenient location in Cannes, close to the historical neighborhood watching over the city: Le Suquet. La Croisette, Palais des Festivals and the heart of Cannes are accessible at a short walking distance too.

Picture yourself with a Nespresso, sit back on the sofa and enjoy the light coming from the balconies with sea view. This cozy apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building with an elevator. The layout has an open plan kitchen living room with a breakfast bar, flat-screen TV and a plush sofa to recline in. There is also a desk for digital nomads or remote workers who want to combine relaxation with work. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and an independent toilet.

The apartment of 50m2 + two 3m2 balconies can accommodate 5 people and includes:
*** A large living room / kitchen fully equipped with a bar, a convertible sofa with a 110x180cm mattress for an extra guest, a 65" television with cable and ultra-fast 1Gbit optic fiber Internet/Wifi.
*** Two bedrooms: A master bedroom with a 160x200cm queen-size bed. A secondary room with a 140x190cm full-size bed.
*** A bathroom.
*** An independent toilet.
*** Two small balconies.

This beautifully designed apartment is the perfect combination of modern elegance, functionality, all in an iconic location, offering a seamless experience whether you’re here to soak up the sun, explore the Riviera, or attend an international congress.

Air conditioning and heating are managed centrally by the building management. Generally, the air conditioning mode is active from approximately mid-May to the end of October, while the heating mode is active from the end of October to mid-May. However, these periods may vary slightly from year to year depending on weather conditions and decisions made by the building management.

The apartment is very close to the old district of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).

The perfect place to stay in Cannes!

Loved this place. Was here for MIPCOM and will be returning every year. Will book this place if it's available EVERY TIME. Fabien and their family are excellent hosts and the communication was perfect.
