I would have given 5 stars however the cleaner never appeared at day 7 and the patio door was partia

Air conditioning More saucepans only one in apartment.

Dear Hunnisett, Thank you very much for your review and feedback. We are pleased to know that, overall, you had a very positive experience and appreciated the air conditioning. We are sorry, however, that these issues prevented your stay from being a 5-star experience. The cleaning service expected on day 7 will be reviewed internally with the responsible team, as a scheduled service should have been carried out, being a direct guest with a stay longer than 8 nights. The patio door as been reported to our Maintenance team for inspection, and it is being fixed. We also appreciate your comment regarding the saucepans. Having only one does limit the practical use of the kitchen, so we will review the inventory and the need to provide additional cookware.
