Nice house just by the spectacular beach. Lovely garden, terrace and pool, but a lot of seeds from the palm falling down in the water which was annoying. Ok bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and Livingroom, but the kitchen is small and lacks som things that we needed to buy ourselves (for example sharp knife’s). We also needed to buy proper bathing towels for the pool and the beach. Garage rather small for a minivan and it’s often a lot of cars parking outside which makes the street very narrow, but if your’re a good driver and take it cool it’s not a problem. The nearby restaurant is awesome, but quite expensive if you have a big family. It’s only 15 min away from Marbella. I asked for a proper grill before arriving, which was delivered but not assembled until a week later. The guy did it halfway and left tools and emballage outside. We didn’t get tools to clean the grill and by then I got fed up buying things that was missing in the house.

Dear Conny, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet expectations. Regarding the barbecue, the house is equipped with a charcoal BBQ, but on your request we ordered a gas BBQ free of charge. Unfortunately, it arrived later than expected and came as an IKEA package, which turned out to be more challenging to assemble than anticipated. We arranged someone to set it up, though we understand the delay was inconvenient. As for the palm tree, on very windy days it does shed seeds and leaves. Our gardener comes weekly, but we’re always happy to schedule an extra visit if needed. The kitchen is normally well-equipped, though we occasionally notice that some items go missing over time. We double-checked after your stay, and everything is now fully stocked. We also reimbursed you for the items you kindly purchased, and we appreciate your understanding. It’s true that a minivan is on the larger side for the garage, but with some care it does fit, and we’re glad you managed. Your feedback is truly helpful, and we’ll continue doing our best to keep the property in great condition for all guests. Warm regards, The Marbellarents Team
