Beautiful home and grounds. Great peaceful location. Well stocked Kitchen for all the chefs. Great organization and label system makes everything so easy. Great double masters bedrooms with baths. Great pool and spa. Definitely will be back.

The house is outstanding. It has two master bedrooms if two couples are traveling. If only one couple is traveling, it is also great. Location is perfect. The outdoor setting captures the beauty of Sonoma and is perfect for alfresco, dining and coffee in the morning.The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Great for cooking or grilling.The host are very responsive and couldn’t be more helpful

Beautiful property in Sonoma with a great outdoor space. Watch the birds, hummingbirds, and rabbits in the backyard while enjoying the pool, firepit, or an outdoor dinner. Hosts were excellent with communication and advice for our trip. Would love to stay here again, thank you!

A relaxing retreat

An absolutely beautiful home and surroundings afforded us the perfect base for relaxation and visiting the many wineries and restaurants in Sonoma and surrounding areas. Hosts were great with communicating with us and were happy to meet Kim as wee were leaving.

Wonderful Sonoma/Napa getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. Lovely extra touches by the owner. Beautiful property and perfect location for us. It's on the Napa side of Sonoma, so travel to both areas was easy. Just a great property that is very well stocked with supplies and a pleasure to stay at.

Great location in Sonoma CA

Just over an hour from SF airport is this beautiful 2 bedroom on a secluded gated property. Fresh flowers, bird feeders, fruit trees, gorgeous pool with heated spa, outdoor and indoor showers, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, all close proximity to great restaurants & wineries in Sonoma & Napa. Great time had by all .

The Bastide is a wonderful property that has everything 4 people would need. The gardens outside are full of flora and fauna, the cottage (house) has everything necessary for fine living. Alan was responsive and reachable for a small issue. I strongly recommend Bastide Lavender for lodging while visiting Sonoma and Napa.

Secluded oasis

Property was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. Perfect setting for when you want to get out of the hustle and bustle lifestyle for a little bit. Would absolutely recommend and definitely come back again!

Great host, comfortable home

Alan is a kind and conscientious host whose home has a lot of space for hanging out and two comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous and the hot tub and pool were appreciated after a day hiking and tasting wines.

Had a wonderful stay ... very beautiful and top-quality home. We especially loved watching the birds outside by the water fountain. Could have sat there all day and was a great way to just relax. Excellent amenities. Everything you could wish for and more! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great house, location and host. Our party of 4 stayed for 6 days and it was wonderful. The house was very comfortable, well designed and nicely decorated. We were surprised to see a fully stocked kitchen with everything you needed to cook a meal. Nice! Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed all the plants and birds on the property. Little piece of paradise in Wine Country

Just a really thoughtful home on beautiful piece of land in Sonoma. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the spa at night, gazing up at the stars. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our visit to Bastide du Lavandin. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We took long walks around the lovely neighborhood. The property itself was beautiful and it was only a 10 minute drive to Sonoma Plaza where we ate at some great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Ideal location to explore both Sonoma and Napa. A relaxed setting to enjoy nature, birds and the wonderful September weather. Loved looking out of the front window in the morning & observing the hummingbirds visit the water fountain. Alfresco dining table was great! The home was well appointed with anything needed for cooking. Having a hot tub and pool to use was the topping on the cake!

Sonoma long weekend getaway - absolutely perfect

What a great place to stay for two couples, it's perfect. The house is exceptional and the location is ideal for visiting Sonoma and Napa. The house has all the amenities you could possibly need. We used the pool and the hot tub every day, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and suggest anyone reading this review book it too.

A little slice of France in Sonoma County. Le Bastide is a fabulous property: modern yet very welcoming. My wife and I stayed for a week and loved it. We will be back!

Sonoma Gem

The home is located in a quiet rural area just outside of town. The home sits on a beautifully landscaped property. The interior of the home is clean, well stocked, wonderfully decorated and very cozy. Owners were very exceptional to work with as well.

A Piece of Heaven in Sonoma

WOW!! This is by far the best VRBO we’ve ever rented. There was not one detail overlooked from the fresh eggs and honey to the breath taking landscape that takes you back to the south of France. The location was great and very private. We can’t wait to come back.
