The condo was spacious, and had wonderful views of the beach and ocean. It was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was very quick to help us , when the front gate wouldn't open because of a temporary glitch .The complex was quiet. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay on Jacksonville Beach.

Beautiful location, detailed, easy to follow arrival and departure instructions, Restaurants, shops within walking distance. A 30 second walk to beach….if one dawdles. Host is very responsive. Friendly neighbors throughout the building - residents and visitors alike. We are repeat visitors to the building (first time at this unit) and hope to continue the tradition!

View and balcony were 10. Furniture needs updated as it’s early 70’s but clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked but no coffee for kureg etc. or soap or shampoos but we brought hotel sized ones as host let us know prior. Towels enough and bed comfy. One beach chair and access to beach is easy and steps away. Hot tub wasn’t clean and pool was COLD but other outdoor spaces were well kept and had chairs. Puzzles and games in unit and host very responsive. We’d stay again!! Loved the balcony and view!

Hope to go here again!

The accommodations were comfortable and we were grateful for beautiful views and easy beach access. We enjoyed the workout room and steam sauna.We didn't have beach chairs or umbrella, but glad there were beach/pool towels to use.

Our stay was perfect, other than the weather. Beautiful ocean view. Great accommodations and very clean. It felt like a home away from home. When we had questions the hosts responded quickly. The neighbors were friendly.We will definitely book again.

JAX Beach Getaway

Great location right on the beach, close to pier and downtown restaurants. Garage parking and gated property added nice security. Met residents of building who seemed very nice. Go to Grumpy's for breakfast. Property owner was super helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for a great pre-Christmas getaway.

Beautiful location, great accommodation!

We have stayed at this location before and love the Oceania building! The condo is nicely furnished and has the most amazing ocean-front balcony and view--unbeatable! We enjoyed family meals together inside and on the balcony, easy access to the beach, pool and gym. Sharon checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and answered any questions promptly--we would definitely stay here again!
