Cara was rude from the start cursing my staff and myself as I tried to help her into the property. The condo is as pictured. It is not remodeled. Nor do we advertise it as remodeled. The floors are tile. The bathrooms are also tile. We hope guests like Cara check what they are booking before booking. Good luck Cara happy holidays and stay well!

These are all issues that were adjusted when you were in and you wouldn’t let us fix anything else due to being on phone calls. Next time I would advise you rent an updated condo. The pictures are exactly the furniture that is the condo.

For this condo what you see is what you get. It is not remodeled and the pictures show that clearly. Everything is as pictured. The condos along the beach are all old buildings. This was recently redone. Stay well.

There is A/C in entire condo. Central A/C. Please reach out to us so we can try to resolve what you’re speaking about. Thank you.

Garbage disposals unfortunately break from time to time especially with renters. Condo was perfectly fine when you needed extension. Floors are being replaced due to damages by HOA. Guests was given partial refund and discounted extension but we want please everyone. Take care:)

The guests unfortunately are upset because they were asked about some bloody sheets. There are 2 showers inside one bathroom. The guests had a nice stay and was smiling when they left. Must be having a bad day, how unfortunate. We wish you well.

Unfortunately we can’t change when they do roadwork. The condo will be fully remodeled soon, some tile is missing under a bed. 5th floor water pressure yes 👍 no storage etc, there is more furniture than pictured not less. We spoke directly. Take care.

Anita thank you for your feedback but we don’t supply beach chairs. There is no coffee table or dressers in the pictures that are not available to be used. The condo is not remodeled and is an older condo. We can not unfortunately change the water pressure due to it being a building built in 70s and it’s on the 5th floor which is the top floor. Any bulbs could be easily replaced during your stay if something goes out we can always fix it. Thank you for your feedback, next time study the pictures a bit better. The lamp was moved from the corner and could’ve easily be moved so you can see the tv. We mount TVs for a reason in each room. Thank you for your feedback, next time we recommend a higher end condo.
