My family and I stayed at this wonderful flat in July and it was perfect. Great location to restaurants and pubs. Short walk to Hyde Park and to Baker Street Station. We would stay here again. Thanks!!

Excellent LOCATION

We loved staying here while in York. The apartment was VERY spacious and it was in a great location. Just steps away from all the major tourist sites and plenty of great pubs and restaurants near by. Mangement was quick to respond (which is always appreciated) and check in was easy. Would definitely recommend this place. It was very cute and loved the snickelway!

This little apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (4 yr old and 2 yr old). You do have to walk up some stairs but it’s not too bad. Location is excellent and a short walk to everything, including the train station. There was an issue with the WiFi— worked perfectly one day and then the next day just randomly stopped. Management was extremely responsive. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that level of responsiveness. The listing says there is a pack n’ play/portable crib but there wasn’t, so hopefully they remove that from the listing. Regardless, the sleeping arrangements worked out just fine. Highly recommend!

Disliked: Check-in, communication
We spent about 10 mins looking for a pink shop shown in the directions only to find it had been repainted! We had to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The property had a foul and mouldy odour, we couldn’t get any of windows open to any fresh air in. The TV didn’t work, the radio in the kitchen didn’t work, at least the kettle did! We didn’t attempt anything else like the hob, just in case. The bathroom was nice, obviously not long decorated.
