The place location and cleanness is very good, also respond to your questions with writing is fine, but I like to bring a few points to the attention of prospect guests.once you are booked you be needing to fill out the government documents including uploading your identification photos to receive the code to enter the apartment. and while apartment is close to ponte vecchio ,half way is steep up,the entry to the apartment is after 4 pm so if you’re arriving early to Florence be prepared how you spend your time with your luggage until 4 pm.Also you be out of apartment before 10 am
