The house was great, with ample indoor and outdoor space. It was also very clean, and we enjoyed the quiet and serene atmosphere. The house was also well-appointed and was exactly as described in the VRBO listing.

Thank you, Michelle. It was such a pleasure to host you and your family, and we very much appreciate your meticulous care of the house during your visit. You are welcome back anytime!
The cottage is up to date, clean and lots of room. Bedrooms are good sized. You don't always find that in lake cottages so that is a real plus.Lakefront is level and very useable both the water and the shore.(One very minor thing--stairs off the front deck are slightly awkward.)
This was a great place for a family gathering while visiting NY to attend my son’s college graduation. The online pictures don’t do the house justice. The house is nicely spread out - plenty of different places to hang out. And that view - magnificent! We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for the kind review, and congratulations again on this milestone event! We very much appreciate your care of our house, and would love to welcome you back.
Lake front had stone beach and easy access for kids to swim. Property manager had detailed directions for home and phone number to call if any questions. Description of property on Vrbo was exactly what we were expecting. A perfect property for family, kids and a few guests.
The kitchen has been renovated. Lots of space. Bed in king room was comfortable. Room in converted garage had fold out bed, tv & window a/c unit. We unfolded the bed to put sheets on it and found a couple of large stains & what appeared to be mouse droppings. If owner would like to see photos of this, please reach out to me. Back deck & furniture had not been cleaned off. On the Saturday of our stay, around 5pm while we were grilling dinner, a man showed up to mow the grass. We had to stop and move our kayaks off the grass to accommodate him. The neighborhood was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed the lake during the day and firepit in the evenings. We sat on the back deck drinking coffee while enjoying the lakefront view in the mornings.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! Due to presence of trees overhead the deck, it does get some leaves and small branch pieces even though it was swept and cleaned with the rest of the house the day prior to your arrival. We are sorry to hear about the sofa bed mattress, we would have been happy to send our cleaner back if you had reached out via text or VRBO message. We will tend to this asap! The mowing is weather dependent, so thank you for your flexibility.
The house was spread out and had good flow to it. King bed was so comfortable. Great deck
A family end of the summer long weekend. We rented a pontoon boat one day. Hung out at the fire pit every night. The deck is nice and a good size. Twin beds and queen upstairs were reportedly a bit too hard! Double downstairs was too saggy. My king was awesome.. a very nice long weekend in the place!
