We had a fantastic stay over the weekend and would definitely recommend it!The accommodation is lovely. Modern, comfortable, really well equipped and has everything you need. The kitchen was great, and there's a brilliant outdoor area which unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy because the weather was awful! The location is great too. Really easy to get to from the M25, with Godstone and Oxted both nearby, plus a great little farm shop just down the road.Fiona was great with communication and made check-in really straightforward. Her husband Simon welcomed us and couldn't have been nicer. Really friendly, helpful and happy to sort out any little things we needed, even just extra coffee pods. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all, a really lovely place with fantastic hosts. We'd happily stay again!

A good base

This was a very good place for us as it was well located for visiting relatives in East Grinstead. It is easy to find close to the M25 although it is well shielded fom traffic and aircrat noise. The facilities and welcome were excellent and we would certainly recommend it.

Amazing cottage

This was probably the best place we stayed on our trip around the UK. It was clean, convenient and commodious. The owners who live in the main house were so incredibly accommodating. One actually drove to the train station ahead of us so we would know where to go! I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Staying at stable cottage was an absolute delight. Fiona could not have been more welcoming and helpful, from the very first communication until we left at check out.The property is in a fabulous situation, surrounded by green open spaces. The first morning I saw rabbits on the hill which the bungalow overlooks, on the last morning a deer was quietly nibbling the hedge.Inside, the property is very well appointed, with excellent TV, kitchen equipment, Nespresso and quality bathroom products. The place is IMMACULATELY clean, and helpful subtle labelling of cupboards etc make it very easy to navigate. There are indoor and outdoor games. Our lot loved the swing ball and made lots of use of the football.I should add that the configuration of the bungalow - with high ceilings and the ability to create through-draughts meant that even in a heatwave with consecutive 30 degree days, it was perfectly comfortable to sleep. There are fans in every room. The listing and photographs are accurate. It's not a very large property but is well laid out and you have everything you need. Our 8 and 9 year olds were perfectly comfortable in the twin room, and there's plenty of storage including hanging space and hangers.

The bungalow was spotless. The beds was so comfy and the bedding felt high quality. There was butter, jam and bread waiting for us on arrival. There was coffee pods and different types of teas, the bathroom was spotless with extras like shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. It just made it feel like home from home!! The hosts Fiona and Simon was so lovely and welcoming. Anyone that is thinking of staying here really will love this place.

Weekje Godstone

Perfect.
