The self catering cottage is on a quiet private lane that leads to a Manor House with large livery stables, where one can take riding lessons. The rural location is ideal for those who enjoy the outdoor life with direct access to 90 acres of woodland and an extensive network of bridle paths and walks.The Duck House has a huge amount of character enjoying a picturesque setting within the owners’ extensive gardens. The property is well placed for exploring the beautiful Kent (‘Garden of England’) and Sussex countryside or delving into local history.
