The apartment with prestigious modern finishes consists of a complete kitchen, two living rooms, three bedrooms, three shower bathrooms and a large ground floor terrace. Upon request 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 8 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We had a great stay at this apartment with 7 adults. Lots of stairs but that didn’t bother us. AC worked great, except not in the very top bedroom with twin beds, although we were there during a severe heat wave. Highly recommend this apartment if you like modern, clean places.

This is a great location and a beautiful apartment. There are lots of steep steps so guests need to be able to climb but if that is not an issue we strongly recommend staying here. Loved everything about our time in Venice!

All of Venice is beautiful and this property was no exception.The location is very convenient. The upgrades and interior of the apartment are all modern and worked flawlessly. I had a few questions leading up to our stay and communication back and forth with the provider was excellent, they were quick and responsive. A lot of buildings are multiple levels which may be tricky for some people. I would reach out again for sure as our stay was perfect.

What a wonderful introduction to Italy as our first stop! This apartment was very clean, modern, bright, comfortable and so spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone and it was actually much nicer than we had expected. I would definitely stay here again and again!

This is a nicely updated, clean apartment. It has lots of stairs within the apartment—be aware. Look at the layout to help you understand. The apartment worked out well for us, the third bedroom is rather small but it is just upstairs from a living area and bathroom which we just used as a suite. The other bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. We loved the location, right off a big beautiful but quiet square with several outdoor cafes. I recommend this apt if you can handle the stairs!

Fantastic Appartement! We really enjoyed our time in this appartement. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Area: Perfect location, quiet yet very close to major attractions. Check-in and communication with host was smooth. We would definitely recommend and stay again.Be mindful it is on a few different levels therefore, there are a lot of stairs.

If you're considering this apartment for your visit, just book it! Great location and the apartment is gorgeous! It was perfect for our family of 5 (my husband, myself and our 3 teens/twenty-somethings). Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens for our winter stay. There was a nice spot to grab a cappuccino and a pastry just outside the door. My only regret was not being able to make use of the little outdoor space since our visit was in December!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very clean and updated. The new windows were so nice and easy to use. There are a lot of steps but the place provided so much room for our family to spread out. Very nice!!

70th birthday trip

Sons surprised me with trip to Italy for 70th birthday. The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a great location. We walked to everything except took water taxi to train station. My only negative is that I didn’t not see where it was mentioned the apt consisted of 4 levels and there were lots of stairs. There eas a bedroom and bathroom in each level but it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise wonderful place

Overall excellent - clean, modern, great location, smooth and easy check-in, accommodating host. Two things to be aware of, not negatives per se, just awareness. 1) 3 bedrooms, but each one on a separate floor, which is fantastic, but a lot of steps; kitchen is on the third of four levels, so it's worth noting for older renters, or those with mobility problems. 2) Again, no complaints, but for awareness, they have a washing machine, but no dryer - you lay the clothes on a drying rack. This is mainly for those staying extended time, like we did, but wanted to point it out. Otherwise, fantastic and I would absolutely rent here again

Very modern, clean apartment. Easy check in, check out. Staff responsive to messages and helpful with an issue with the washing machine door locking our clothes in it. Helped us get a water taxi to the house. Beautiful, spacious home...just alot of stairs because it's four levels.

Rare spacious modern design apartment in Venice. 5 minutes walk to waterbus stop. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Not for guests who have problems climbing stairs. Bedrooms spread on 4 different floors. Have to bring out trash by 8:30 at the end of the stay. Overall a very nice place.
