Lovely home in the active adult community of Springfield. North/south exposure with a sunny south-facing patio. Recently remodeled with fresh paint, all-new furniture, and a bright white kitchen open to the dining and great room—perfect for relaxing or hosting. Bedroom one has a beach-themed queen setup with a full bath steps away. The master suite offers double-door entry, king bed, large TV, picture window to the private backyard, double sinks, walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet. Tile in high-traffic areas, soft carpet in the bedrooms. Full indoor laundry and a built-in desk for work or travel planning. Outside features an oversized covered patio with grill, lounge seating, and dining for six. Two-car garage.

We were very satisfied with our visit. We would book the property again. The only negative was that the floors were dirty. Walk around the house and your feet or socks were black.

Wonderful Stay at Springfield

Great property - loved 55+ vibe! Unit is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a garage, full size fridge; washer / dryer (careful using dryer - our close got hot to the touch); cooking utensils. Unit could sleep as many as 4 comfortably. Management company is excellent and communicate clearly and promptly. Nice clubhouse with pool and exercise facility only a short walk from unit. Also about 2 mins away from a Kroger grocery store. Only downside is it is in South Chandler which equates to a minimum of 25 min drive to good hiking trails.
