LUXURY WATERFRONT HOME in the amazing Outer Battery/foot of Signal Hill

The best location in the City! I tried to buy a house in the Battery for years and finally found this waterfront, 5 year old amazing Outer Battery home! 2 beds (and den used as additional child's room) and 2 baths over 1700 square feet and amazing location...Open plan up and views from all rooms. Two great decks.
Feb 2016, Conde Nast Traveler called the Outer Battery Village one of " Most Beautiful Places in Canada...". They went on to say "...Sunny yellow, cherry red, turquoise blue—St. Johns’ pop-art-colored houses, collectively known as Jellybean Row, look especially awe-inspiring clustered in the cliffs of this atmosphere-drenched coastal neighborhood just outside downtown..."
We are literally steps to the trail to walk up to Signal Hill National Park and have other walking trails along with close access to the Grand Concourse urban trail system. 5 minutes from downtown by car and 10 minutes by foot. It has a deck with panoramic views of the harbour and out to see.

This is the best location in the city and a great base from which to enjoy this amazing province!

Beautiful spot to stay to experience St. John's. Very spacious home and the views were incredible. The kids loved watching the boats coming in! Def recommend it for a true NL stay.

Great place. Location was amazing. Do not rent a large vehicle in the battery. The place was setup with all items needed for cooking and relaxing.

We had a lovely stay for a couple of nights last week. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a view of the Narrows and downtown, watching the ships go in and out. It is a perfect location to walk up Signal Hill as it is literally on the hiking path going up. The parking is a definite challenge, our rental car was luckily a small one, you wouldn't want to try it with a SUV. The area is full of traditional charm, I would definitely recommend.

Glad you enjoyed it! Yes it is tight parking but I always have a mid size SUV and it works. But for people who don't usually park there I definitely recommend a smaller car. It does say that on the VRBO page but I think people miss it sometimes.

A fantastic house in one of the most beautiful locations on earth. The harbour views are stunning with endless boat and bird watching opportunities. The house is just steps away from an incredible hiking trail up to Signal Hill. We loved our stay.

This is the best location to stay in St. John’s. Beautiful view of the harbor and surrounding land. A far better choice than the hotels downtown.

A great location with a spectacular view overlooking St John’s harbour! The accommodations were excellent with all the amenities and very clean! Driveway is a little tight so be sure to have a compact or midsize vehicle. We would definitely recommend this a must stay!! Thanks!
