Bellrock View is a traditional fisherman`s cottage on the peaceful waterfront of Carnoustie, on quiet East Row. Step inside, breathe in the fresh sea air, and enjoy a calm, relaxing retreat.

Take in stunning views of the sea and Bellrock Lighthouse from the front patio or a wicker chair on the porch. Binoculars are provided to spot wildlife, including seals, seabirds, and occasionally porpoises. The large front window offers the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet read with the sea as your backdrop.

Living Space and Bedrooms
The lounge features a plush double sofa, two armchairs, and a country-style dining table for four. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with nautical-inspired touches and high-quality bed linen. A hallway cupboard stores sandy shoes, and the bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals. Enjoy breakfast at the dining table or tea on the porch while taking in the sea view.

Charming historic cottage

A very clean and comfortable cottage with lovely ocean views and everything we needed. The cottage is a short, easy stroll to the train station, shops and eating places. We had a delightful stay at Bellrock View.

Lovely cottage, wonderful view

A lovely spacious most comfortable cottage with a beautiful view and direct access to the from the garden. A great location, even if you don't play golf! The grill in the kitchen did not work.

Lovely Cottage

The cottage was very welcoming! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc! The place was spotless with comfy furniture and a soft King bed. We didn’t use the singles. Fantastic view out of the front windows. The area is lovely and the neighbours are very friendly!!
