We had a wonderful stay this new year. 30 min walk on the beach to Tenby and lots of beach walks and pubs visited. We booked a supermarket slot with Morrisons for delivery very easily. There was a slight mix up on arrival date at the start but it was sorted immediately and seamlessly. Amazing hosts! We will be back
Penulan House was delightful. It was comfortable and had all be needed. We enjoyed being in the village of Penally. It was a great spot from which to explore further into Pembrokeshire. We got as far as St David's and St Dogmaels. We also walked a lot from the house, including the beautiful walk into Tenby along the beach.
We followed the instructions and brought our gear in from the rear. However for the rest of our stay, including when we left, we always used the front door. Whilst this was up steps we felt not as steep or hazardous as at the rear.
The climb up to the house was well worth it for the incredible views out to Giltar Point.
Penulan House and Tenby were a surprising gem.
