Accommodation

The villa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. The 216 m² accommodation, very bright and welcoming, is distributed over 2 floors with very spacious rooms.

On the first floor, the villa offers an elegant living room with a large sofa for relaxation, flat-screen satellite television and free WiFi. Likewise, there is access to a bright dining room with a large table for everyone to eat together. From the dining room you can also access the independent kitchen which is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, plates and bowls. On this same floor there is a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a bathroom with shower.

From the kitchen you can access the wonderful and spacious terrace of 95 m², where you will find the swimming pool with sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs and the barbecue area. The second covered terrace of 14 m² is accessed from the living room. Here you can enjoy a fantastic dining table and chairs and views of the mountain and garden with fruit trees.

On the second floor, we find 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen Size bed and another with a King Size bed, a modern bathroom with shower and 2 spacious terraces with incredible views of the Golf Club and the mountain.

The villa is ideally situated on a cul-de-sac and located in the La Sella neighbourhood, a quiet and sunny residential area, 7 km from the rocky beach "Playa de la Escollera", 3 km from La Sella Golf Club and 4.7 km from the village of Pedreguer, where you will find all services, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
