THE APARTMENT

Ready to experience life right in the heart of Kensington in a three level apartment located on the High Street?

This property is situated above a pharmacy, and is accessed via your own front door direct from street level. Your excitement is certain to be building as you ascend the flight of stairs that lead to the first of three levels in a home-from-home that affords you over 1140 square feet of living space.

THE FIRST FLOOR

Here's where you'll find the first of the apartment's two living areas, overlooking the high street and offering up comfortable seating on which you can relax, catch your breath after your journey and get ready to unpack. You'll no doubt be eager to explore the rest of the house before you do that, including the kitchen which shares this floor with the living area.

As you'd expect from a recently refurbished property, the kitchen is a modern and inviting space with beautifully finished countertops and cabinets along with quality appliances, giving you everything you need to prepare snacks and meals just like you do at home. There's a dining table and chairs in here too, so you can sit and enjoy your culinary creations, and use the table for work and playing games.

THE SECOND FLOOR

A second area in which you can put your feet up and relax awaits you on this next level up, with more views over the high street to enjoy. Use this space to finally finish that book you started reading a while back, or to enjoy some quiet me-time. Also on this floor is the first of the two bedrooms, as elegantly presented as the rest of the apartment with an integrated wardrobe for your bags and clothing, and a top quality mattress and bedding to ensure you get a comfortable night's rest. Neatly folded towels will be waiting at the foot of the bed for you to use in the modern shower room that's situated between the bedroom and living area.

THIRD FLOOR

And so to the top floor, which could easily become someone's master bedroom suite. Again, the level of presentation is of the highest quality with a delightful bed situated in a room with floor to ceiling doors that open up onto perhaps the crowning glory of this most impressive of apartments - a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Kensington. Picture yourself taking morning coffee (or tea) out here at the table before you head out for the day, and later on sipping drinks as the sun goes down on another day in London. Back indoors at the opposite end of the floor is the second of the home's bathrooms, this one with a tub you can lie back and relax in after a busy day, and recharge ready for new adventures and experiences.

THE LOCAL AREA

This elegant and modern 3 level, 2 bedroom apartment is located above a pharmacy on Kensington High Street, putting you right in the heart of a busy and exciting area of Central London. A quick glance at a map will show you what a prime position this is in terms of giving you access to so many of London's famous attractions. Below, we've listed just a few that can be easily reached on foot from the apartment:

KENSINGTON GARDENS / HYDE PARK / THE SERPENTINE

For scenic walks and all kinds of entertainment, these large spaces which all share the same location are hard to beat. Take a morning stroll in Kensington Gardens, perhaps to see the Princess Diana Memorial, then move onto the tranquility of the Serpentine as the rest of London buzzes around you. Beyond is Hyde Park, a large green and open space that's great for walks and often hosts big music events in the summer months, as well as London's showpiece Christmas attraction Winter Wonderland from November to January. And it's all just a short walk from your front door.

THE ALBERT HALL

Another iconic venue is not far from your doorstep. So if you have tickets for a show, booking a stay in this apartment means you can get to your seats and back in no time!

THE MUSEUMS

London gives you plenty of options of things to do during the day, none better than paying a visit to the three museums that are in close proximity to each other and your apartment. You can easily spend a day viewing and interacting with the displays at The Natural History Museum, The Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

SHOPPING

Oxford Street (home of Selfridges) is just the other side of Hyde Park and leads to the glamorous boutiques of Bond St. But also within easy reach of the apartment are the world famous Harrods and Harvey Nicks department stores.

NOTTING HILL

Famous for its film and annual carnival, here's another popular area of London that you can reach with ease from the apartment. Be sure to book early if you're staying here for the August carnival!

GETTING AROUND

Enjoying such a central location, you may well find that you can walk to most of the places you want to visit from the apartment. But plenty of transport options are available if you're planning to explore further afield. A wealth of bus services stop nearby and can take you all over London. You shouldn't have to wait long either for an available black taxi to drive by - or you can book a private hire car using a ride share app.

High St Kensington is the nearest London Underground station, and you can catch Circle and District Line services from there to all kinds of destinations all over London.
