IT HAS A NICE TERRACE WITH DIRECT VIEWS TO THE BEACH,
IF YOU WANT IT, YOU CAN USE THE SWIMING POOL OF ANOTHERS APARTMENTS, SITUATED AT 300MT FROM THE APARTMENT.
THERE IS A COMUNAL GARAGE FOR ONE CAR.
