House Rules 1. To gain access to the accommodation, you must first complete the online check-in and pay the deposit via the email we will send you. Once the property has been inspected for any potential damage, you will receive a refund of the deposit within a maximum of 7 business days after checkout. 2. The deposit is intended solely to cover any potential damage caused to the property. 3. Utilities are included in the price up to 5€ per day. 4. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival and departure times. 5. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please ensure that you have received and understood the instructions. 6. Less than 8 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of nights or the number of guests in the reservation. No refund will be issued in this case. 7. One queen-size bed will be provided for every two people in the group; however, you may request additional beds based on the number of guests. 8. Duvet covers can be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed during hot seasons. 9. The apartments have electronic locks that must not be tampered with. If you encounter any issues with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise, you will be charged 800 euros for any damage. 10. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time. 11. Parties are prohibited. 12. Pets are not allowed. 13. Guests are not permitted; each guest will be counted as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly. 14. The fee for an additional person is 40 euros per night per person, plus a commission that may be deducted from the security deposit. 15. The total cleaning service fee is 80 euros. 16.
