The pictures don’t lie, this place is beautiful and the terrace has amazing views. The stairs are no joke, but aside from hauling luggage totally manageable. The only place to comfortably sit was the couch, but that was enough. The light on the top floor was wonderful and the air conditioning worked well, it was very hot. We enjoyed the space. Cons: there were ants here and there. The grout in the bathroom was moldy. Based on how dirty the bathmat got, the floors seemed dirty, and at least two plates had food on them, gross! I washed everything in the kitchen before we used it. We had one instance where the key didn’t work, and the “agency” were not very helpful, basically telling us it was our fault, (as if we did not know how to open doors with keys!?) then going silent about 1am. When we realized no one was going to come help we went to the 5 star hotel down the street - to get a hotel room for the night. The Concierge found us a hotel room nearby, but before reserving he insisted his assistant go with our adult children to see if he could help. After 20 minutes of trying he finally jammed the key hard enough to get the key fully in the lock and it opened! We never fully locked the door after that. The company did reimburse us for the tip we gave to hotel staff.Good place if you don’t mind a few ants, moldy grout, having to wash dishes before use and having to ask outsiders for help.
