Our stay

Apt and location were very good Stairs were not. Listing says 3rd floor, there are 4 flights to climb with luggage. Very difficult for all!

Great Family Trip

The apartment was in a great central location in the city! There was plenty of space for our group of ten. The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms, but there was none in the central living space. Those sleeping on the pullout sofa beds were very hot. The apartment was on the third floor. It wasn't a problem but the narrow and steep stairs needs to be highlighted in order to prepare guests better.

There was an issue with the hot water when we first arrived. I struggled to reach the host to let them know because their office was closed on the weekend and I was unable to reach them via the mobile number provided (which was an issue with my own mobile carrier) but once they received my email the hot water was fixed within a few hours.The location was great, just a short walk to anywhere on the island and very close to a waterbus stop.The instructions that were left for disposing of our trash seemed to be clear until we tried tried to find the garbage boat during the posted hours on our departure date and it wasn't there.

Température très agréable, appartement bien situé et bien équippé,tout correspondant au descriptif.Aide par téléphone impeccable( demande de couettes supplémentaires acceptée)Tout petit hic: les portes grincent
