Great apartment

Lovely apartment in great location. Fabio is a very good host, letting us check in early and also leave the car parked for a couple hours after check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Viareggio.

Fabio is an excellent host He was very kind also before the booking and thereafter. During when we made our plans for our prorgrams and when we arrrived there. The flat is situated in a beatutiful house, in a quiet environment but within a comfortable distance from the beach and close to a huge park, with a view to the hills. The apartment is well equiped. The parking slot was suitable for us for which we appriciate. We enjoyed our one week stay at the appartement and in the wonderful city. We would be happy to come back again.

I stayed in this beautiful, comfortable apartment for two weeks while I explored Viareggio and other areas in Tuscany. Its close to the train station, many nice restaurants, shopping and the ocean. Great central location. I enjoyed my stay very much. For future reference, I used a key to unlock the main entrance each day, but there is a little button that does it in the hallway near the door. Just a little heads up so you don't get locked in.

Schöne zentrale Wohnung in Viareggio

Danke Fabio

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, during your stay, Tuscany was hit by an extraordinary "African" heat. Our apartment is normally quite cool thanks to the beneficial influence of the large, green natural park it overlooks.

Alles ok

I'm sorry you weren't entirely satisfied with your stay. As you wrote to me a week before check-in, only then did you read the detailed description of the house (which you hadn't done at the time of booking), and discovered the presence of the sofa bed in the living room. In the detailed description of the house, from 2016, it is clearly specified that the house has " (..) a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed (..) and in the living room there are (..) a double sofa bed (. .)" We would like to point out that since 2016, and the 34 reviews testify to it, no one had ever been surprised by this.

Super Badeurlaub in toller Umgebung

Wirklich alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden: Auch Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine.

Gemütliches Appartement in schöner Lage

Schöner Aufenthalt in netter Atmosphäre

Danke!!!

Es hat alles gepasst. Fabio konnte uns direkt trotz früher Ankunft empfangen.
