Better communication. Update photos on VRBO they are not at all what the place looks like. Air did not work and the two small beds did not hold an adult person.

Absolutely terrible. Air conditioner listed but not working. They never told us. Washing machine smelled terrible. It made our clothes smell. The shower leaked all over the floor. This apartment was very hard to find despite instructions. It is on the third floor. (Actually the 4th floor) No elevator . Lots of steps. They wouldn’t allow an early bag drop off. Extremely small apartment. I would never recommend this apartment. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for a single female. It is tucked away.

Good location for a short stay. Location, location, location. Center of it all. Short stop from vaporetto, great restaurants nearby.

Great time in Venice

Property is in a good central spot, well equipped for our stay. The apartment is small but we didn't spend much time inside it anyway.

Fabulous location

Excellent location, really feel like a local but within walking of all the interesting points. Good apartment, just as described although you do have to lug bags up several flights of quite a steep staircase. Not a problem for us but could imagine some people may e having some problems.

Clean but broken bed

One of the single beds frame was broken, couldn’t sleep well. The dining space was extremely small por 5 people, very uncomfortable.

The location is amazing, however please note it is on the third floor, with a LOT of stairs, so if you have a lot of luggage good luck. Also, the only area with AC is the living area, none of the rooms so we were sweating while sleeping. The room itself was fine, the communication with the property manager was stellar, just not what we were expecting at all. Just be aware.Also, as an American, we did not understand it was just a washing machine, not a washer and dryer combined. Just food for thought, not a bad place to stay over all though. The location was perfect.
