Great place to stay ! Lots of room for the family of 5 travelling. Good location to get around all the sights . Best part was watching the gondolas going by with tourists out the window.

Great Stay in Venice

Great location and place, truly a hidden gem. Was very spacious and quiet - having access to a washer/dryer was nice too. Only issue was not having hot water one morning, but we contacted the property manager, and they responded and helped resolve this immediately. We loved our stay!

Location was great and communication with the host was very good. The room was clean but poorly designed. It's a huge space but the bathrooms didn't have any place to hang your towels or lay out your toiletries. Space was austere. Nothing to make the rooms feel warm and inviting. No coffee maker in the kitchen.

Nice space, good location. Big mosquito and fly problem in the apartment. Mosquitoes are all over the bathrooms and all five of us would wake up covered in mosquitos bites from the 3 nights. We bought bug zappers and killed probably 100 over the 3 nights but they didn’t help as more would show up. Bugs were the only issue, but all of us are very itchy flying back home.

Agradecemos mucho la hospitalidad de Venice Luxury Palace. Fuimos el fin de semana para la inauguración del Carnavalle y la Festa Veneziana sull'acqua y la ubicación es perfecta para patear toda la isla incluso con niños. El apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y tiene consigna de maletas. 10/10

Convenient location, spacious and clean

12 in our party split between apt 13 and 14 nicely. Clean which is VERY important to me. Apt 14 is new (divided from what was a larger 13) so there is presently no sign to locate 14 from ground floor. Know the electronic codes before you arrive because if you have no internet access to look them up, you won’t be able to get in. I would stay here again if I returned to Venice.
