Wonderful holiday and stay

We felt like we are at home, everything was well tought for a family stay. The sheets, the towels and the rooms were very clean, the location was also nice to access to the bus and metro, also easy for shopping supermarket, Muslim cominity + helal food and stores. We are happy and satisfied, thanks

Neighborhood feeling away from home

A very quaint stay with everything we wanted to do within walking and mass transit. We even rented a car for one day to make a trip to Wales while being able to park right out front of the door. Perfect place to stay while visiting London.

I would highly recommend not renting this flat. We stayed for 3 weeks and found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable. The loft bed feels like it could tip over and the mattress feels like you are lying on coils. The two twin beds were hard - my kids laid the comforters over top to try to add some extra cushion. For the first 5 days of our stay there was no working refrigerator. I was told by the management company I would be reimbursed for those days upon checkout. But then after checkout the company ghosted me when I inquired about my refund. There's a reason this place is cheaper than anything you will find on the short term rental market. This flat is fine if you need somewhere to crash for the night but after that you'll be ready to move on. It could also use a deep cleaning.

Disappointing

Although the property was nice enough & the check in process was easy I have to express that we were disappointed overall. There was a distinct moldy smell upon entering the home & this prevailed for the entire stay. The majority of lights flickered & the downstairs toilet one failed to work. There is a concrete courtyard but no garden & small amenities such as tea towels & a dish cloth were not left for us to utilize. We’ve stayed at a number of self contained homes in the UK & this one just didn’t measure up. The area is lively & there are good restaurants and bars nearby. Easy access to buses & the tube.

Quartier très calme, facile pour se garer. Petite maison très sympathique , propre. Draps propres , lits faits, serviettes de toilette. Parfait. Il manquait beaucoup de choses dans la cuisine par contre. D où 4 etoiles. Il n y avait pas de casserole, ni grand plat pour cuisiner. Nous avons du acheter 2 plats.
