Brand new spacious 6 bedroom / 6 bathroom modern villa in Carvoeiro.

Each bedroom has 2 single beds or can be converted into a King bed. Each with its own ensuite with walk in shower. Master bathroom also includes a free standing bath. All bedrooms have their own balconies or open on to the pool terrace.

The large terrace area has many seating options and has a 10 x 5 swimming pool (this can be heated for an extra cost). The outside kitchen includes a BBQ, Fridge and Sink area plus a table seating for 12, making it ideal for outside dining and entertaining.

The downstairs large games room with terrace includes a pool table, outside table tennis table, dart board and TV area with a large comfy sofa. Making this room ideal for kids and teens to hang out.

The Roof Terrace has distance sea views, and has a comfy seating area as well as table and chairs to sit and enjoy the sunsets and beautiful views. An ideal space to enjoy an evening with friends.

The villa is set in a beautiful landscaped plot and has plenty of parking spaces plus a shaded car port.

The villa is located in walking distance to the picturesque town of Carvoeiro and its beach, restaurants and shops. Closest mini supermarket and restaurant is a short 5 minute walk away.

Fabulous villa very close to the town centre. The walk is hilly but taxis are inexpensive. Inside and out, the villa was everything we hoped for. If any criticism, I’d say some additional serving bowls would be great to allow for those big barbecues shared with guests. Also we had my elderly mam with us and some hand holds in one of the bathrooms to make one area of the villa safer for elderly people would be a benefit. However none of these distracted from us enjoying ourselves. And we wouldn’t hesitate to return

Fabulous Villa

The property gave us everything we wanted and more. The rooms were fab and the outside area perfect. The pool was a lovely feature which allowed us to cool down during the very hot days. Jennifer was nothing but helpful throughout and very considerate to our needs having a one year old baby with us. All in all we had a great week and would recommend this villa to anyone who enjoys living a week on holiday in luxury. Thank you for making our family holiday memorable

Superb villa and location.

Everything as described and more! Lovely villa excellent facilities. Property was in an excellent location 5 mins from a small shop well stocked with fresh baked goods. 10 min walk into town although walk back up the hill can be challenging in heat. Accommodation was in Lovely condition great range of appliances in the kitchen and utility room. The outside bbq area brilliant great gas bbq. The outdoor fridge was great for day time refresments. The out door pool was fabulous sunbeds great and pool towels provided. Good wifi. Games room excellent with lots of games. Couldnt fault it the whole family 9 adults 2 teenagers and a 3 year old had a fabulous time. Would definately book again.

Perfect spot in Carveiro!

We were a group of 6 couples and had an amazing stay at this villa. Jennifer’s place was perfect for our group, lots of indoor and outdoor space. The bedrooms were equally comfortable with queen beds and ensuites. The house had everything we needed!The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, the pool was lovely through the day, beautifully landscaped and we truly enjoyed the upper deck for the sunsets in the evening. We used the outdoor kitchen, it was nice place to hang out, and very comfortable. A few different sitting areas so we could spread out.The location was 10-15 min walk to town centre— close to everything but still very peaceful.Jennifer was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. The place was so well organized & equipped, we really had no need to contact her through our stay. We’d absolutely come back again. Thx Jennifer, your place is beautiful, we highly recommend!

Stunning Villa

This place is unreal. A huge villa with top spec, on a large plot which is not overlooked. It has 6 big rooms all with lovely en-suites. The interior is very modern and the appliances are all quality Bosch and virtually brand new. There is a stunning terrace on the roof with views to the sea. The games room has a cinema style tv, pool table, darts and table tennis. I cannot fault this place and it’s just a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants and 15 min walk to the beach. The whole family loved it.

Fantastic Stay

Casa Tres Rosa Villa was exactly as described. A great place for a group holiday there were 9 adults a 4 and 2 year old in our party. The pool was large with a lovely outside area with plenty of space for all of us. Everything was geared up for the villa being full with 12 sun beds and seating around a table to accommodate 12 both inside and out which made BBQing very social. The outside kitchen area was ideal and the toilet meant not having to go inside when wet from the pool. The villa certainly had a luxury feel about it and all the en-suite bedrooms were airy and spacious. The games room was will equipped with Darts, Table Tennis and pool. The location was ideal with a small supermarket and a restaurant within 5 minutes walk. The main resort was around a 10 minute or so walk and had plenty of bars and restaurants. A car is required to go to larger supermarkets if you are stocking up for bigger groups. I thoroughly recommend the villa and we will be back.

Stunning

This , hands down, is my favourite villa I have ever stayed in and I've been to quite a few! It has been beautifully and thoughtfully designed from the interior decoration to the landscaped gardens and huge pool area. All the bedrooms are en suite and have individual features with top notch fixtures and fittings and the most comfortable beds. The living area is so impressive - all open plan - with a super modern kitchen with a vast array of utensils and equipment - even a toastie maker! Fabulous games room in the basement too. The outside space is stunning- beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen where we enjoyed meals cooked on the gas bbq. There's even an outdoor fridge - no need to move far from the sunbeds! We enjoyed long lazy days by the pool finishing the day on the roof terrace where you can watch the sunset over the sea which is breathtaking. Only 2 minutes from the nearest supermarket which is small but very well stocked - go early to make sure you get the fresh goods from the bakery. Ten minutes walk gets you into town where there's an array of bars and restaurants and the main beach in Carveioro. Jennifer - the host - is brilliant- so communicative and always responds quickly. We all had a thoroughly fabulous time - I can wholeheartedly thoroughly recommend booking and look forward to our next visit!
