The Trastevere station has six tracks and serves as a major transit hub, with buses and trams branching out in every direction across the city; it also connects to Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport. There are several secure car parks in the area near the apartment, and Via della Luce is accessible by car when the ZTL (restricted traffic zone) is not in effect. The ZTL in Trastevere, Rome, is closed to cars during the day from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. every day, except on holidays. At night, it is closed from 9:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. every Friday and Saturday, including holidays, while from May through October, it is also closed to traffic on Wednesdays and Thursdays during the same hours.
