Barefoot Bungalow! Ocean View Couple’s Retreat

This 2nd back from ocean front studio was completely renovated with all new modern furniture and decor, designer lighting and new flooring throughout. Other amenities include a 50” smart TV in the living room, a king size Serta bed, purchased 1/25, with high-quality linens, and a full kitchenette. New sleeper sofa.
Our balcony boasts an outstanding view of the ocean which is only steps from your door. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The villa is located in Seaside, an ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head main beach. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza which has several restaurants, shops and entertainment. We are walking distance to Tiki Hut and there are bike rentals across the street if you would like to explore more of the island.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host was amazing from beginning to end. They answered questions in a timely manner and were always friendly and courteous! The space was clean and comfortable. There is an elevator but this location is closer to a set of stairs which we used just fine. Great for a couple get away!

It would be nice if the property had a gym. It would also br nice if we had instructions on how to rent the bicycles they had in the parking garage.

The villas are individually owned and those bikes under the building belong to various owners, they are not for rent. Sorry, we do not have a gym on the property,

The Host was timely and helpful; flexible with an early check in; the bungalow was clean and well stocked for our stay; delightful cutout cookies were waiting for us on the table; beach chairs and beach towels were ready for us too! Quiet accommodations; a short walk to the beach; walking/biking paved trails were so convenient to many places- shopping etc. We had a super stay!

This was a lovely space and I had a great stay! Great view of the ocean, with comfy seating on the patio. It was hard to drag myself away and go to the actual beach. Very close to the beach, to the Tiki Hut and to Coligny. Great location and great host! Will definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our 30th wedding anniversary at the Bungalow Retreat and it didn't disappoint! It was very clean and homey, had a beautiful view of the water and was a relaxing comfortable setting. We were a short walk, and even shorter drive to all the action in Coligny Plaza...delicious restaurants and an abundance of shopping. We had a fantastic meal at the SandBar...!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband! Kendall was awesome to work with and very responsive. We needed to adjust our dates due to flights and she made it all work out perfectly without any issues. The property was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. I have recommended it to all of our friends and will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!

Perfect Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Barefoot Bungalow is a cute little getaway. It says it is a couple's retreat but my sister and I used it for a long weekend. The bed is big enough for the two of us with plenty of space. We had a view of the ocean and were steps away for quick trips back for more snacks and drinks. Restaurants and shops were not far. The cookies left for my sister's birthday were adorable and a very sweet touch. I will definitely be coming back with my husband.

I had an amazing stay and these hosts are equally amazing. They notified me to let me know I could arrive early, they had the cutest and best cookies on the table upon my arrival, and even checked in with me during my stay. I travel to HHI frequently and will definitely stay there again.

It was a pleasure to share ay here. Everything one would need to stay for several days. It was clean spacious enough for one or two people. The water pressure was awesome. Even has beach toys and chairs to haul down to the beach. One of the highlights was at the end of the hallway my son, daughter in law and 4 grandsons were staying. The owners made sure we were located in the same area. Daily they would show up to escort me to our next adventure. So cute. This was the best accommodations I have you experienced while on vacation. Clean and comfortable! Thank you Thank you Thank you to our hosts.
