Barefoot Bungalow! Ocean View Couple’s Retreat

This 2nd back from ocean front studio was completely renovated with all new modern furniture and decor, designer lighting and new flooring throughout. Other amenities include a 50” smart TV in the living room, a king size Serta bed, purchased 1/25, with high-quality linens, and a full kitchenette. New sleeper sofa.
Our balcony boasts an outstanding view of the ocean which is only steps from your door. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The villa is located in Seaside, an ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head main beach. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza which has several restaurants, shops and entertainment. We are walking distance to Tiki Hut and there are bike rentals across the street if you would like to explore more of the island.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I had an amazing stay and these hosts are equally amazing. They notified me to let me know I could arrive early, they had the cutest and best cookies on the table upon my arrival, and even checked in with me during my stay. I travel to HHI frequently and will definitely stay there again.

The condo was close to the beach and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the beach access was closed when we visited but the hosts informed us about the beach closure (to replenish the beach) in advance and told us alternative ways to access the beach. They also would have allowed us to alter our plans. We shortened our stay just one day and appreciated the location near shopping and dining.

We were welcomed with delicious treats to kick off our work/vacation which was a nice surprise :) Great location, comfy bed, and had all of the essentials for a nice relaxing stay! This is our second stay here and we absolutely love it! Amazing location so close to everything! Host was super sweet with gifting us anniversary cookies! We arrived early on check in day and they were so nice to set the beach chairs outside the room so we could head straight to the beach! Truly don’t think we could find a better place to stay!
