The host was amazing. The area could not have been better felt safe and it was very fun with lots of food and shopping. The apartment was incredibly clean.I know air-conditioning in France and America have different expectations but to say this apartment is air-conditioned is not exactly accurate. But plenty of fans were provides - w head a couple of hot evenings, but Everything worked out just fine.I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and a prime location!

Our group of six loved our stay at this property! It was a prime location in a great part of town near many restaurants, the metro, shops, and groceries. It was tucked back behind a courtyard so you could enjoy quiet away from the noise of the bustling city when you wanted to take a break. We had ample room for our group, and everything was very clean, plenty of towels and bedding! The management was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this for your group's next Paris stay!

The apartment was in a great, central location and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, markets, and art galleries. We really liked that it was on the first floor, so we didn’t have to worry about stairs, especially with our luggage and kids. Our kids especially enjoyed the lower-level room with the pool table. Having a washer and dryer was also very convenient during our stay. The dryer did take a long time, but that has been our experience with most places we’ve stayed in Europe. The TV and Wi-Fi only worked on some days, which was a little inconvenient. But, I didn’t keep trying to connect. It avoids kids from watching too much TV. I would recommend removing or replacing the carpet, as it had a noticeable odor.We appreciated that shower gel, shampoo, and dish soap were provided. It would have been nice to also have laundry detergent available. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra for it to be provided, as it would make things much easier for guests.Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the location, space, and convenience of the apartment.

The location is great - right in the center and close to everything needed including a grocery store, cafes and bakeries. The apartment is well equipped, including good kitchen equipment, washing machine with dryer. The apartment is spacious, with two floors and had plenty of space for the 6 of us.The listing is accurate. Having only one toilet was challenging for a group of 6, but we knew it in advance. There is a single window for the entire apartment.

Everything was excellent and as expected. It even had an air conditioning unit, which is rare for Paris. The hosts were very responsive with whatever we asked about and made sure our stay was smooth. Very family friendly, quiet, and a tranquil place to stay away from the hustle of Marais, despite being in the midst of it all. Highly recommend; will book again!

Totalmente decepcionante.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the odor issue, we took your report seriously and offered several times to send our trusted maintenance and cleaning team, who have worked with us for many years and regularly assist guests when issues arise. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to inspect the apartment during your stay. We would also like to clarify that we did not have another apartment available for relocation at that time. Concerning cleanliness, we regret that it did not meet your expectations and have reviewed your comments with our team. We appreciate your feedback and take all guest concerns seriously as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the property.
