Awesome appartment with nice view

Everything was good. The appartment is a little old in some places and does require a bit of maintenance, mainly in the bathrooms. The water heater was not allowing us all to shower. We had to wait 30-60 minutes between showers to have hot water. In an appartment for 4 people this is a bit weird and annoying.

Dear Merlijn, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and its beautiful views. Regarding your comment about the hot water, we would like to clarify that the property is equipped with an electric water heater. This system operates with a limited hot water tank, which means that after approximately two consecutive showers, it typically requires a short interval of about 20 minutes to heat up again for the next users. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your stay, as we always aim to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. We take your notes about the bathroom maintenance seriously and will review them with our team to keep improving the apartment. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Best regards, The ApartUP Team

Great beachside location. Jorge met us at the location and gave a thorough and usefull orientation. The apartment was clean and the ocean view wonderful. Small balcony excellent for morning coffee or evening drinks. Bathrooms were both very nice with good towels and water pressure, w plenty of hot water. AC worked exceptionally well, thats not always the case in Europe. The automatic blackout blinds made for a good nights sleep . I can recommend this place for a couple traveling solo or w children.Couple of suggestions though:One paper towel roll and working soap dispensers in bathrooms would be nice as part of your welcome starter package. Also a clearer explanation of how the included free parking works (via a car elevator to the basement).
