Enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Cabin was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Very relaxing and quite area. Deer and turkey were on the property each day. Close to things we had planned to do. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable cabin that provides relaxation and seclusion, but is only a short drive to restaurants and stores. Roan Mountain is a bit of a hidden gem and the cabin is a great way to experience Roan Mountain and the surrounding areas. Communication was superb, just is extremely responsive, and the cabin is an amazing value and location.

If you are looking for beautiful, quiet, exceptionally clean, no Internet or cell service, dim lighting, minutes to hiking, then this is the place for you! App photos match actual house. Lovely sitting on porch and hearing creek and watching hummingbirds. Well supplied kitchen. The queen bed however was so uncomfortable we switched to the double bed. The lighting throughout is very dim (no overhead lights), making it hard to read, put puzzle together, etc.Overall we had a nice stay.

The property is perfect. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises especially when the deer are out. Inside the cabin is amazing. Has nice layout and the pictures gave it a nice home feel to it. It’s well worth the stay and we will be back.

Perfect! We were able to hike the balds and fly fish. The cabin provided beautiful repite from a busy world! The night sky is breathtaking and we loved evenings by the firepiit!

This cabin is located adjacent to Roan Mtn. State Park and the cabin grounds are exceptionally beautiful. We just stayed a couple of days, but wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin has very much of a family feel, reflecting the owners' love of the property. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owner contacted us ahead of our trip (which was wonderful) and at the conclusion of our stay to make sure we enjoyed our time there. We would love to visit again.

We stayed at Christmas and to our surprise the cabin was decorated and extremely cozy, not having internet was very special for our family's connection, the place is amazing, we have extraordinary experience and Hope helped us in every detail…We'll be back in the summer!

The host was great very accommodating in everyway. The cabin was great especially that we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary there. We love the quietness. This was our second time at this cabin. We definitely will be back.
