Villa Can Puig by JS Villas

Can Puig is a beautiful family villa with private swimming pool, with stunning mountain views. Can Puig is set in a quiet location just 5 minute drive from Pollensa old town, in an area close to the Golf Club.



As you enter through the gated entrance, you will find parking for 2 cars. Steps lead up to the covered terrace which has a large table for Alfresco dining and comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing. A wonderful shaded area for relaxing with views of the pool and the mountains in the distance.



The wonderful pool measures 8x4 metres with gradual roman steps into the shallow end of the pool. At the back of the house there is an outside bathroom and portable barbeque.



Entering the house, on the left you will find the open plan Kitchen and dining area, with everything you need for your self-catering villa holiday. To the right is a comfortable sofa and Smart Tv.



On the ground floor there a quiet room, a cool, quiet space to get away, to read or to meditate. and a separate shower room. A pristine toilet and shower room completes the ground floor.



Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms, each with Air conditioning, and a twin bedroom, that includes a comfortable sofa, books and games for the children to enjoy their own space!
