Very spacious house with nice rooms. Pool was very great an kids enjoyed playing and swimming. Kitchen was well equipped. We had good communication and small issues at the beginning were solved immediately.

Lovely villa with a great outdoor area. It is approximately a 5 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa , we rented a car which made it very easy but there was a bus stop a short walk away.Check in was easyOnly problem we had was the communication with the host was none until closer to the time. I tried to message on Vrbo numerous times however got no reply. However when I messaged directly on WhatsApp I got a reply almost instantly and all was great after that. Villa is lovely all on one level, the swimming pool was great! And everything you need! The only one thing was that our towels didn’t get changed the whole week we were there but there is a washing machine. The only other very small thing that was slightly annoying is there was no wine glasses at the property but other than that well stocked and used the bbq every day- they came quickly to replace the gas when I messaged to say it had ran out.

Great stay in a great area

A lovely villa which met all our needs for 3 generations of our family. The amenities were great and we had everything we needed. We always hire a car so the location was perfect for us to travel to various places as well as popping into town. Maria was an excellent host.

We had a lovley stay

The cleanliness could be a bit better and a few small renovations in the bathrooms would be appropriate. Overall we had a very nice holiday there and the hostess was also very nice

Large villa with a great pool

Our family enjoyed our 10 days at the villa. Fantastic countryside location but only a short bus ride into Puerto Pollensa or Pollensa. Great size pool for teenage boys.

Great stay in Pollensa

We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa. Great location and the villa had everything we needed. We had one or two small issues (e.g hairdryer not working) but these were solved quickly and with no hassle. We had a car but the bus stop is a short walk away so the location was great and it as easy to get to the Port area. I would definitely recommend this villa and this area for a holiday.

Great Stay in Pollensa

Really well laid out property, with all the things needed for a weeks stay (including filter coffee machine, modern gas BBQ and a nice pool) Plenty of towels and a really good living space. Suggest researching the turn off if arriving in the dark, as it's not too easy to spot until you know it. Very private location, and set back a decent way from the road, which makes it easy to get to and from PDP / Pollensa. Supermarkets 2 minutes away and a bus stop walkable if you don't feel like taking the car one day

Fantastic villa perfect for a family celebration holiday.

We rented the villa to celebrate my 50th birthday with all of family. Everyone had plenty of space and their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed to self cater however superb bars and restaurants in puerto pollensa are only a half an hour walk away. Although staying in April we had excellent weather and found eating outside at lunchtime was great as it was in the shade but we used the inside table in the evening where the villas heating kept us very comfortable. We walked into Pollensa to watch the Good Friday Easter parade ( thinking parking would be tight) although it took an hour it was worth it. The Sunday market in Pollensa is definitely worth a visit too. I would highly recommend this villa , perfect location, fantastic Mountain View’s, superb facilities.

We loved our stay at this villa, a great location within private grounds, set back from the road with entry/exit via an electric gate. The private pool was fantastic, one of the best, and cleanest, that we have had in the half dozen or so villas that we have stayed at in the area. Villa layout was very good, kitchen lacked some of the simple basics that one may expect (oven gloves, food weighing scales, utensils to clean the BBQ, plug for the kitchen sink). These are minor issues but items you would expect to be provided. Like many villas in constant use, it requires some TLC in areas. Re the listing, half way through our holiday and looking at the ‘high lites for your solo trip’ section within the VRBO app to see that the villa had an Arcade/Games room. Not something that we would have been looking at to have at a villa, but some might take this as a good option if they have young people with them. We never found any arcade room at all!Our major Issue was with the communication with the hosts. There wasn’t any! I had messaged via the message the owner prior to our holiday and got no reply. In the first two days of our holiday I messaged both owners via WhatsApp with some minor queries and got no reply. I spoke to VRBO via chat about this whilst in situ, They were very helpful and made contact with the owner(s) who said that they had been out of the area and they would contact us when back. We heard nothing. The two WhatsApps sent remain unread. Very disappointing.

Best place to stay

We had the most amazing stay in Mallorca at this beautiful home. We met up with dear friends from very far away and what a joy it was to find one another ina home that accommodated us so perfectly. The photos are very true to reality. The pool exquisite, kitchen was so nice and big - the edging spaces large and spacious enough o accommodate us all - pool towels and linens for the inside. It had everything we needed. Gate access and adequate parking - ease of access to everything. It is a 10/10 recommendation. Maria our host was amazing and we were grateful for her help - everything was in such great order all we needed to know was if we could check in earlier and where we could dispose of garbage and recycling. She answered right away. Thank you Maria - it made a reunion that much sweeter!

Unser Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus war wirklich schön! Sieht alles so toll aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick und der Pool waren perfekt. Als es kleine Probleme gab wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Man braucht wirklich ein Auto, da nicht viel in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Aber wenn einen das nicht stört ist das auch kein Problem.

Das Haus liegt traumhaft mit Sicht auf die Berge! Man hört zwar die Straße,hat mich persönlich aber nicht so gestört. Trotzdem fühlt man sich fernab von Allem und hat seine Ruhe. Dennoch ist man in 3 min beim Supermarkt (mit dem Auto) und in 5 min in Pollenca bzw Port de Pollenca.Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, wir hatten mit 8 Personen mehr als genug Platz.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet ( es fehlte nur ein Schneidebrett ). Massig Gläser, Töpfe, Teller, Geschirr. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, TK-Truhe, großer Kühlschrank, Mixer.Auf der Terrasse riesen Esstisch, Lounge, Gasgrill.Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns ein kleines Willkommenspaket mit Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Milch und Keksen, um erstmal in Ruhe anzukommen. Vielen Dank an Maria.Der Kontakt zu ihr war problemlos, auf Fragen erhielten wir per WhatsApp schnell Antworten.An mancher Stelle dürfte etwas besser geputzt werden, aber es war alles völlig im Rahmen. So manche Stelle müsste etwas überholt werden: Bandarmaturen, Glühbirnen, Mosaik im Pool, Polster der Sitzgarnitur auf der Terasse.Auch hier,noch völlig ok - aber ein kleines Makeover wäre nicht verkehrt, dann wäre es perfekt Für den Pool gibt es Wasserspielzeug, für den Strand sind Sonnenschirme und Sandspielzeug vorhanden.Ich würde wieder buchen.
