Mature Landscaping makes this home feel more like a resort then a Condo. Nice open Floor plan with mature Trees filtering your view of the large heated POOL, HOT TUB and BBQ area from your 2 large & separate balconies. New couch and love seat, plank, porcelain tile, and neutral carpet. There are walking and biking trails meandering through this McCormick Ranch property. You can enjoy a round or two of Pickleball or Tennis on the property's Court. Basketball courts are on premises too.

Awesome Scottsdale Condo

This condo was spacious, well provisioned and comfortable. There were 2 decks both overlooking some green space without a parking lot in sight. This place is a lovely quiet gem with easy access to civilization. Highly recommended!

Property is older, but in good condition, and comfortable. The problem was the lack of organized communication from VRBO. We were supposed to get all the details a few days before arrival - never got them, until I asked. The lockbox had problems, the location wasn't clear. It seems that VRBO has things listed on the official website BEFORE you book, but once you book, all those list of items goes away, and we found we had to go back and try to find information. But the owners were wonderful, and helpful, even when we called trying to open the lockbox. The towels were a little "stale", and one of the blinds was broken, but overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

The location! You can not beat the area. Convenient to many golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, casinos, TPC Westworld, Butterfly Wonderland, Bowling alley, spring training, and so much more. The 101 freeway is about a mile from the Condo.

What makes this property unique

This condo has 2 separate balconies! It is an end unit and has a nice shaded view of the heated pool and hot tub. This is central to the complex and does not receive much traffic noise at all.
