Beamish Museum just a walk away and the Emirates Cricket Ground and Durham Cathedral are just a short drive away. St. James Park, the home of Newcastle United and The Stadium of Light which is home to Sunderland Association Football Club is also within easy reach. It's also an ideal base for the Glasshouse International Centre for Music ( formerly The Sage) and the many theatres and concert venues close by. The apartment is also in a perfect spot for the wonderful wedding venues in the area.

The space The flat is located on the 3rd floor and enjoys spectacular golf course and countryside views.
The living room/ diner is light and airy with a quality sofa and oversize cuddle chair for you to relax on. The Smart TV is connected to Freesat and Wifi. It has Now TV, Netflix etc pre-loaded if you prefer to log into your own streaming accounts. A JBL Bluetooth speaker is also available for you to use. Alternatively you could just sit, unwind and look out at the local deer, squirrels and rabbits who make the area their home!
Both bedrooms are spacious with ample room for getting ready. The stylish master bedroom has a comfortable pocket sprung double bed, quality bed linens and black out curtains. Drawers provide plenty storage. A large wall mirror and hairdryer is provided. The twin bedroom has two comfortable single beds, again with quality bedding. A sturdy hanging rail and a full length mirror is provided.
The tiled bathroom is complete with a shower over bath. Quality shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided.
The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with the following:

A private, secure communal garden is available for you to enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to a dedicated parking space for one vehicle outside the property. Amazing place to stay, flat very well appointed for a the maximum of 4. Views are great, especially fun when golfers are playing! Ideal location for Beamish and Newcastle attractions. Flat is very clean and well kept and the Hosts are very helpful and attentive. This is our second stay at The Fairways, and we will be back again! Many thanks to Ingrid

The bedroom with two single beds is too small with less than 175mm between beds.
The only loo is in an extremely tight uncomfortable position.
Heating difficult to control.
Blackout on curtains would be good.
