We came to Alaska to celebrate my brother-in-law’s wedding out in Hatchers Pass this weekend, and this property was perfect for our small family of 4 to stay while in Alaska.
Great property. Cozy and warm. Host was responsive and very helpful. Recommend this property to anyone coming to Anchorage for any reason. Would stay here again.
We had a blast! Our stay was 8 nights. It was so nice to have a home to stay in instead of a hotel room. We were all comfortable. Things were clean. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends.
This was a clean and comfortable property. Its location was what we were looking for, for our short stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
While this unit was clean it doesn’t appear to have been updated in years. The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bed was very comfortable. Plenty of coffee and toilet paper. No view. No A/C. Only one window had a screen unfortunately because the unit was very warm, especially upstairs. And anyone that know Alaska knows about the mosquitoes and no-seeums that will gleefully enter any unscreened entry point. The neighborhood is older and comprised of four-plexes. It is not scenic nor close to town. Must have a car if staying here. The host was extremely helpful.
We enjoyed our stay, it's well-appointed townhouse, lovely wolf-themed decor. The house is in a great location, close to downtown and to the airport. We didn't cook but the kitchen seems very well equipped for those who like to cook.
We were in town for just a few nights. The location was convenient for our purposes, and communication with the owner was great. The property was very quiet in the evenings too, which we greatly appreciated and Scott shared some helpful info about places to go and things to do!
We were minutes to everything in downtown Anchorage and it's parks. Our host's description of this property is on point. It was very clean. The furniture is comfortable, especially the bed! I liked the decor in the living room and how the porch is easily accessible for our morning coffees. Really cozy, comfortable and convenient.
We enjoyed staying at this property.
It is clean and has comfy beds.
There is no AC and the sun does warm up
the upstairs but there are fans. Kitchen well stocked. Private parking. Scott is an excellent communicator. I would rent this property again.
Definitely condo central. Good location near the airport. Condo was very clean except for the carpet. All of the basics provided. I would recommend this place as long as you can climb stairs to get to the bedrooms. 4/5 stars
Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Nicely furnished, including new kitchen appliances. Very clean. Extra power outlets on end tables in living room as well as on nightstand in bedroom. Very nice for charging phones, tablets, etc. Owner promptly answered any questions we had.
