About this property

The Alaskan Wolf's Den Close to Airport, centrally located ; private entrance

This quiet townhouse is isolated from other neighbors and located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Campbell Creek Trail, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen super comfy mattress as well as a comfortable futon. There is also a 55" TV. The second bedroom offers a Tempur Pedic California King size bed. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a small backyard with patio for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen.
This is a newly renovated property.

The garage is not currently available. Please inquire if this is needed.

There are cameras on the property outside and in the garage. These are not used to monitor our guests but for security.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Easy check in process, cooked all meals with fully stocked kitchenette, neighborhood was like a housing complex and it was quiet. Good communication with owners. Only 7 minutes from airport so that was convenient. .

A wonderful home away from home as we traveled beautiful areas around Anchorage.The host was quite helpful and quickly responded to any messages sent. The washer and dryer on the second floor made doing laundry an easy task - close to the bedrooms.The kitchen and common area on the main floor allowed us to watch a few short TV programs in comfort.The beds were quite comfortable- provided for a magnificent night of rest after long adventures during the day.Having a half bath on the lower floor was a plus. The bathroom upstairs was well planned out.Self standing fans with remotes were available in the bedrooms which allowed each person in our party to customize room temperatures without adjusting the thermostat. If you looking for a nice place to stay in Anchorage, please consider this property. We were quite pleased.
