Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Balkon und Blick. Parkplatz abenteuerlich eng. Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig: Spülmaschine noch voll mit schmutzigem Geschirr, Krümel auf Boden und in Küche, Balkon staubig und verschmutzt etc. Agentur hat schnell reagiert, aber Putzfirma hat letztlich nicht alles gemacht, was zu tun gewesen wäre.

Normalerweise kümmert sich eine unserer besten Reinigungskräfte um dieses Anwesen, aber sie war nicht da, und wir mussten Reinigungskräfte beauftragen. Wir hatten ein paar Beschwerden, aber das war nur ein Zeitraum von zwei Wochen. Das tut mir leid. Man weiß nie, wie es bei Leuten ankommt, die man normalerweise nicht beauftragt. Ich bin froh, dass der Rest des Urlaubs in Ordnung war.
