We provide clean, well equipped and comfortable accommodation for a a great value price, and strive to provide all guests with an excellent stay. What could we have done better please to get a better overall rating from you? You reported no issues or expressed any disappointment with your stay, so to award a 3 star review 'okay' is gives us no indication of what may have been improved. According to your actual scores you Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy. I'm left rather flummoxed by your comment and I hope this will not put off other guests choosing Tilly Cottage, as it really is a 'home-from-home' and we have excellent reviews through other platforms.
