The 3rd room only opens through the 2nd room so those people in that room have to come through another room and not the hall.There is a key on the switch that you need to turn if the ac doesn’t come on (no instructions given for how to work the ac)Place is in a great location and very clean

Perfect Spot

The rooms were great size, nice bathrooms, perfect for 4 couples and then we threw a kid or two on the couches. Host was amazing and location for breakfast and wine was awesome. Very happy with our stay, only thing I wish we would have known is it’s on the 3rd floor (counts as second in Italy) and the ceilings are 20ft tall so feels like you’re walking 4-5 flights even without luggage, we had my 91 year old grandmother with us otherwise this wouldn’t have been a big deal. We made it work and definately would stay again if traveling without my grandmother.

The apartment was in a good, safe location, and there was enough space for a family. However, when we arrived to the apartment, it had not been cleaned from the previous guest even though we checked in after the predetermined check-in time. The sheets were not changed, and the towels were used and on the floor. The toilet had not been flushed, leaving a strong odor throughout the apartment. The management's suggestion of changing apartments was not feasible for my young family given the time; therefore, we had requested a partial refund as compensation for staying in the dirty apartment for that night. They supposedly forwarded this request to the administration, but we have not received a response or follow-up. They did eventually clean the apartment the next morning, but the lack of response and the initial state of the apartment is unacceptable. While the cleaning issue may have been an isolated oversight, the lack of follow-up or resolution after we requested compensation was especially disappointing.

Nice apartment in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is an 11. Just outside the "touristy" area but close enough to walk. A great market just around the corner. Plenty of food options nearby. The hosts were very responsive and even allowed us to check in a little early. A couple reasons why it is only 4 star. First, if you wanted to cook, there is only a 2 burner electric cooktop and microwave. There isn't an oven. Second, the first bedroom picture is a little deceiving as that is a pullout couch in the main area where dining table and kitchen area is. We did not use that bed and converted it back to a couch. The second master is very nice. There is actually another bedroom not shown which has 2 twin beds. Beds were comfortable. If you aren't planning on cooking, I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay there again!
