A fantastic duplex in one of Mojácar’s best residential areas, known as El Palmeral. This home is spread over two floors. It features an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area with access to a large terrace, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 half-bath, and several balconies. Situated in an excellent location, the house is in a quiet residential area yet just a few metres from the sea and a wide selection of shops and restaurants.

Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Key pickup is available from a key safe in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks prior to your travel date. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, cot rental, etc.) can be paid for upon arrival.

Access Rights
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives, or its subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time, with due consideration for the tenant’s convenience, for the purposes of changing linens, inspecting the property, and carrying out any essential or routine repairs or maintenance work.
