De villa voldoet niet aan de beschrijving. Alles is verouderd. Ook de elektricit ...

De villa voldoet niet aan de beschrijving. Alles is verouderd. Ook de elektriciteit. Het is er broeiend heet. Ramen kunnen ofwel niet open ofwel niet toe. Enkel in twee kamers mobiele airco. De woning is absoluut niet huisdiervriendelijk. Zwembad is een opbouwzwembad en wordt niet goed onderhouden. De toegangsweg ligt vol putten en zeer gevaarlijk voor je auto. De woning is precies vervallen. De eigenaar woont naast de woning is vaak dronken en komt zich vaak moeien.
