10/10 stay. Property is even better in real life. Paolo and the entire team were incredibly responsive and helpful. Helped us book car services, and even an amazing private chef for breakfast and dinner one night. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and big. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not recommend more!

Amazing Stay in the heard of Tuscany

Excellent stay

This is an absolutely stunning property - the pool and outdoor area is gorgeous and it has beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The property and furnishings are all very high quality and all of the bedrooms are an excellent size with ensuite bathrooms. The only slight difficulty is that the property is not that easy to find (particularly if you need to get taxis from the property) and the road leading directly to the property is quite narrow and uneven. However, we had an excellent stay here and would definitely recommend it for larger groups as it is very easy to entertain and very well equiped.

Amazing Villa with Beautiful Pool Outskirts of Florence

Our extended family of 10 stayed for 8 nights at this Villa in early June - we had the most amazing stay and a wonderful experience with the hosts of the property, Paolo and Giulia. Paolo served as our liaison prior to arrival and Giulia took over as point of contact at arrival and while we were there. Both Paolo and Giulia were always very prompt in answering any questions we had and always gave great recommendations and information when we asked. The villa is impeccably clean and included was (2 hours/2 ladies) housekeeping every day except for Sunday/Holidays - so each day when we arrived back to the Villa from a day out sightseeing, we came back to a clean home! The beds were all very comfortable and what we really appreciated was that all of the “double” bedrooms (7) had 2 twin size beds that could be either separated or pushed together to be made into a king size bed (American size king, maybe larger even) - that was important to us since we had 3 married couples that are used to the larger king sized beds that we have in the U.S. The bedrooms were all very large and each had its own en-suite bathroom which was so nice not to have to share bathrooms with other couples. The kitchen was well equipped and had most everything we needed - the pool/backyard was amazing! - we also hired the chefs to cook dinner for us one night and that was money well spent I thought. The food was delicious and it was as nice to have everyone together!

Incomparable joy in paradise

Family members and close friends accompanied me to Leopoldino west United States for a special celebration. From the very start of our arranging to stay at this spectacular villa, my experience was incredible. Paolo was the representative of the rental company. I could not have asked for a more gracious, patient, accommodating guide through this process. This stay was a very important event for me and I was probably a bit like an intense bride to be who had been anticipating a perfect wedding her whole life🙂. Yet Paolo was pleasant and professional through it all. Our host Giulia was also a delight and very attentive to our needs. From the initial tour to the checkout, she was fun, funny and very competent. She quickly responded to any queries and requests throughout our state. The property was immaculate and maintained that way by the team of housekeepers who were there daily to freshen the linens, clean the bathrooms and once even did the dishes, which we couldn’t believe. The grounds man Simone was friendly, hard working and helpful. They provided the perfect balance of attentiveness with courteous respect of our privacy. back to the Villa. The decor was very fresh and elegant in all the shared areas. The cookware, and tableware was quality and ample. This was important to us because we made many feasts for our group and other family who were staying in a neighboring villa. I wish they had a gas range, or induction top, but we figured things out on the electric cook top.

Our stay at Rignano sull'Arno was absolute perfection! This gorgeous, spacious old villa was the dream setting for our family vacation. We brought a group of 15—ranging from 2.5 to 84 years old—and the property had something to make everyone happy. The rooms are incredibly large and filled with beautiful antiques that perfectly match the era of the home. The grounds are simply magnificent, with perfect photo ops around every corner! For the cooks in our family, the kitchen was a dream, fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. We absolutely loved using the outdoor pizza oven and dining alfresco on the patio. The pool was huge, refreshing, and a total delight for swimmers, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Paolo even arranged a private chef to cook for us one night, making it an unforgettable evening.

Delightful! From the old-world charm of the villa itself, to the guidance of Paolo, our host, to the warmth and responsiveness of Giulia and Nicolletta, to whom Paolo entrusted local management, our trip was everything we had hoped for. Inside, every room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Outside, wherever we looked there were breathtakingly beautiful views. There were ten of us. The youngest enjoyed the sparkling pool, while the elders appreciated the serenity of the gardens and the separate casita. Above all was the graciousness of our hosts. Whatever the question, their response was quick, friendly and helpful. You can book La Leopoldina with confidence: you will not be disappointed!
