Come and relax with friends and family in this very relaxing 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Lake Havasu home. House that features 1825 square-feet of living space and sleeping accommodations for 12. With a private heated swimming pool and an abundance of other amenities, this house is equipped with everything you need for the perfect lake vacation. We do not allow animals of an kind ( severe allergies) so please don't ask if we would reconsider. Located only a short distance from the water and numerous outdoor activities, you won’t need to travel far to explore all the area has to offer! Not only is it a great summer lake house, snowbirds love the winters relaxing in the large patio with the lake view, listening to the birds and other sounds of nature and the sunsets are amazing! Amazing lake view! You won't be disappointed! Great location!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Lake Havasu house! The place was spotless, very homey, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the lake, which made it super convenient for all of our activities. Everything was just perfect, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu!

Great house for a weekend getaway.

The pictures of the house do not do it justice, the place is a lot nicer than it looks on the pictures and Shawn was a great host. I would definitely stay there again.

Havasu Goers Perfect Stay

This home was exactly how it is pictured. Very clean, very beautiful and very fun! I have been coming to Havasu atleast once a year for the past 5+ yrs and this is definitely one of my top stays!
