Great property to stay in. So close to the Metro, Stores and Restaurants. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. Checking in was so easy and the host was great. We will definitely booked again when we come back to Paris.

We are, two adults and 14 year old.Excellent location, easy access to the metro, local shops and restaurants and major tourist attractions. Despite this, the apartment is incredibly quiet.Great communication with the host, we were able to drop our cases off early, which was greatly appreciated. We didn't cook at the apartment, however, all the facilities are there if you wanted to. The host had provided fans due to the hot weather, nice touch! The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Extra bedding and pillows were available. The toilet and bathroom are separate, there's a extra large shower area and two sinks.Overall, the place is extremely clean and a fantastic base to explore Paris.

We had an excellent stay, the place was amazing and the host was so accommodating. The area is amazing and easy to get around, there is a couple of bakeries near to eat from too.

This was a lovely apartment to come back to after big days in the city! Great neighborhood and close to bus and metro stops. Check-in and check-out was very easy!

Apt was as pictured in photos. Clean and comfortable, quiet. Neighborhood has fun restaurants and cafes, nearby bakery, grocery, close to Bastille Mkt, and Metro with a bus route outside the door. Host was efficient and quickly answered questions. Would return.

Great place but would have liked an earlier check in. I was fine as I’m fit but the upstairs bedroom was practically a climb up a ladder - and couldn’t stand up - some people wouldn’t have managed so should be told But we loved it

What a disappointing rental. While the apartment was adequate and the location decent, no written directions for operating the washer, stove, and bathroom towel holder were provided. No welcome to the apartment, no map of the neighborhood, no suggestions for grocery shopping or good local restaurants. We were frustrated at every turn. Communication was inadequate and mostly not helpful. I would not recommend this rental to anyone!!!

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
I have to admit that upon arriving at this rental, we were really disappointed. It's located on the ground level and is its own building, surrounded by 4-story apartment buildings. All the windows look onto the ground level entry that is frequented by apartment dwellers of some 30 units (maybe more). You have to keep all the window shades drawn or else you are constantly seeing people walk by at a very close distance. It wasn't very hot when were there (high of 30 the first few days), but you had to keep the windows open with the fans running for it be bearable to sleep, and with the windows being exposed to all the passersby, it doesn't feel particularly safe. Perhaps this wouldn't be an issue for others, but it wasn't made clear in the listing and it definitely detracted from our trip. We asked the owner to release us from the rental given the misleading listing, but they did not. Otherwise, when we arrived two of the three stovetop burners were not working, and there were items missing from what would be thought of as an "equipped kitchen", e.g. cutting knives, a good size cutting board and a pot to boil water. When we raised these issues with the apartment manager, they replaced the stovetop and brought the missing kitchen items within 24 hours. We would also recommend they install at least one or two hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and provide a drying rack.With temperatures increasing each summer in Paris, it would also be ideal if they install AC.

El lugar muy bien ubicado, central, con muchas, tiendas, restaurantes, panaderias, estaciones del tren. Nos sentimos muy seguros y tranquilos en el barrio, alrededores y apartamento, el apartamento es pequeño pero ideal para 4 personas, tiene todo lo necesario y básico para una cómoda estancia. Camas grandes y cómodas. Fue in bien lugar para 4 personas Durante 6 Días. Merci.
