This is easily a 5 star property, everything is perfect, the kitchen, the living room, the bedrooms...& it is all new, decorated with style & fun; The location across the road from the pier eases one into the Breton costal summer in the best possible way with priceless views onto the local castle across the bay. The village Cafe-Libraire 'le Chien qui Lis' a true joy to visit - insider tip. So why the 4 stars ? Well if you arrived to find your small 25M front terrasse, the sort of place one might like to use on a Breton summer day, unloved, with broken irrigation, dead or expiring plants, unswept , complete with a dirty barbecue - you might think twice about 5 stars. I of course informed the management when they called to find out if I would be interested in a "gourmet chef" evening - not quite the theme music for such a proposition...I was told the gardner would be round in the week but he must have been busy elsewhere. I naturally watered the surviving plants on leaving.
