This home is only 1.2 miles from all of the wonderful offerings of downtown Gilbert -amazing restaurants, bars, Hale theater, shops and Saturday Farmer's Market. The property has a resort style backyard with stunning landscape, a Pebble Tec Pool ($30 per day heating is optional) Hot Tub and industrial misters to cool you off. There's also a sectional with a fire table to gather around in the evenings (watch the video in the video section!). We have comfy Leather Reclining Sofa's, Smart TVs and Wifi. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal or warm up your leftovers (can you say Air Fryer?!) as well as an Outdoor BBQ, Washer and Dryer. If you have little ones, we provide a Pack and Play, Toddler Bouncer, portable high chair and a Baby Monitor. There's also an alarm on the french doors that can be turned on so you know if your little one is trying to get out back. There's so much to do in Gilbert with plenty of parks, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and fun to be had. With both airports close by (less than 10 miles from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and 22 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor) it's easy to get to and from the house once you arrive.

We went for a couples trip to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house had everything we needed, we enjoyed the pool and the mattresses were very comfortable. We walked into town for the evenings which is about a mile, we found a route the 2nd day where you could walk more of the way through the neighbors rather than my main road. Would love to stay here if we were in the area again. The host was also very responsive to any questions via text which was really nice.

This property is phenomenal! The beds are super comfortable. The home has everything you could possibly need, plus more. The hosts have really thought of everything. This is a wonderful, clean home with a fantastic pool (heated) and new hot tub that is close (walking distance to The Gilbert House) to lots of restaurants and hot spots. Accommodations were as pictured and working with the hosts was a breeze. I would stay here again.

Amazing Experience!

This home is perfect for a group gathering! Our group had 6 women in our 40's -60's. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. The check in and check out process was easy. The area is close to lots of shopping and fun restaurants to explore!

Why they chose this property

We fist visited Gilbert, AZ in 2021. We immediately fell in love with the town and knew that we wanted a home here. Now we share that with our guests. There's so much to do and see and everything is close to our home! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Located in a quiet neighborhood, we are in a wonderful location within walking distance of the Heritage District. There is also a neighborhood playground if you have little ones. Our location is just minutes away from hiking, biking, endless restaurants, Top Golf (5 Miles), and so much more! Mesa Gateway Airport is just 10 miles away and Phoenix Sky Harbor is only 21 miles. We have Industrial Misters to keep you cool May-October. There's an outdoor Ping Pong table with wheels that can be used in the garage when it's cooler or taken around back. We also have a giant Jenga game along with other board games and puzzles. You can choose to just relax and use the Pool or hot tub and BBQ or enjoy many of the activities that are available in the area.
