Excellent room in perfect location in Dubrovnik Old Town, Air con was a lifesaver!Sweet House far exceeded our expectations, Location was excellent, The room was lovely and having the room and bathroom over two floors made it feel like we had more space, The air conditioning was a life saver as we were there in mid-July! Staff who greeted us were friendly and also forgiving of our late arrival due to travel issues,

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I made a reservation through Expedia and received a confirmation. However, a week later, when I contacted the host after noticing the listing was still showing as available, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled due to a technical issue. The email communication i received from the host was in German or some unknown language. What I don’t understand is why neither the host nor Expedia notified me of this cancellation. This is very unprofessional and has caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience..
