Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I made a reservation through Expedia and received a confirmation. However, a week later, when I contacted the host after noticing the listing was still showing as available, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled due to a technical issue. The email communication i received from the host was in German or some unknown language. What I don’t understand is why neither the host nor Expedia notified me of this cancellation. This is very unprofessional and has caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience..
